In just about every other instance where one may view the name of the website, it will be written as TheWritersCafe.org for the simple reason that apostrophes (and all other punctuation marks) are not permitted in url’s.
This website presents the viewpoint and ideas of one author who has taken on the orthodox lifestyle for himself and his now teenage daughter. Topics range from autobiographical, religious, philosophical, to pop culture. Authors style ranges from humorous to sometimes complex and esoteric analysis.
While content that describes specific details regarding the meaning of selected parts of Torah or orthodox ritual observance are by no means said to be authoritative. Such views or explanations do not necessarily reflect the viewpoint the publishers, advertisers, or affiliates of this website.
While several links below may be given as sources of other websites or blogs also written or published by this author, eventually it is envisioned that these now “separate channels” will hopefully in the near future be pulled together in a more cohesive format.
This most recent update in style and format is also being presented as a much hoped format that we the very few select individuals involved with the project hope to finally release the website to be an advertiser friendly vehicle.
In just a few short month this website has enjoyed a major uptrend in it’s ratings as determined by Alexa. TheWritersCafe.org was relatively unknown just last winter and somewhere around the early spring of this year just a few short months ago, it jumped onto the Alexa ratings with a 20M rating. I was almsot embarrassed to be happy knowing that globally there were 20 Million other websites (globally) that were more popular than this one!
Yet to be rated gave me the push I needed, soon the rating came down to 18M then 12M, and I kept feeling prouder and prouder. Then it just kept leaping better and better, 6M, 4M. Then it kind of hovered for a while.
Today TheWritersCafe.org is happy to join the under 1 Million Club! At the last check we were at an almost something to be truly proud of global rating of:
